Payment for tickets
Ticket payments will be processed either through Paypal or Credit Card Payment. An electronic ticket will be sent to the email you have registered with.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are not allowed. If you cannot make it to the show, you can pass your ticket to another person.
Outside food and drinks
Please do not bring food and drinks from other venues to the event. Drinks will be sold at the venue.
Photography and videography
Official photographers and videographers will be present at the event to take photos and record videos. By attending the event, you consent to filming and photography and Improv Asia is entitled to use all videos and photographs of visitors, for marketing and promotional purposes in all or any media, without compensation or liability.
Collection of personal information
When purchasing a ticket, your name and email address will be collected by Improv Asia and The Hive Singapore for future marketing purposes.
